Her passion for the human body and personal health challenges led her to pursue formal nutrition training, empowering her to guide others toward optimal wellness.
A lifelong learner and seasoned speaker, Jen's love for presenting began when she created and delivered workshops as the Training Manager for Volunteer Calgary. Her focus shifted to her love of health & has subsequently presented at events like the New Earth Expo and Bold & Visible Monologues. She also leads "Health Huddles" for high-performing entrepreneurs and is an NLP Practitioner dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth.
Jen is a passionate homesteader, committed to a sustainable lifestyle. She enjoys preserving food, making body care products, baking bread, and exploring homesteading practices. Her expertise in nutrition, health, and homesteading informs her approach to teaching others practical skills while encouraging personal growth.
