Throughout history, the kitchen has been the heartbeat of the home - where meals are shared, stories told, laughter echoes, and sometimes, tears are shed. & where generations of women have gathered to pass down wisdom, recipes, and life lessons. Its where real life happens—unfiltered, unpolished, and full of truth.

 

This mastermind style gathering reclaims that sacred space—not just for food, but for fuelling ourselves on every level: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. As a nutrition coach, I guide women back to the table where the goal isn’t just weight loss or clean eating—it’s about feeling vibrant, strong, and sexy in your own skin!

 

It’s a return to your body’s wisdom, your joy, and your right to take up space—at the table, and in your life.

Each 1.5 hour Zoom session invites women to metaphorically gather around the kitchen table - a sacred space of nourishment, wisdom and connection - to explore monthly topics from macros to menopause supporting women in reclaiming their vitality.

From Flat to Flourishing:
The Wheel of Wellness - A Wholistic Approach to Health

Health is not just the absence of disease - it's a dynamic combination of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  Whether you're seeking to improve your energy, manage stress, or optimize your overall health, these mastermind style session will provide you with the knowledge and tools to make lasting changes.

You'll learn about the six key pillars that form the foundation of a healthy life:  nutrition, sleep minimizing toxins, stress management, fitness & lifestyle.  Each of these components plays a critical role in maintain not oly our body's function but our mind's clarity and our emotional reliance.

Whether you're new to wholistic health or looking to refine your current practices, you'll leave with actionable strategies to integrate into your daily routine.  It's time to start building the foundation forr a life of vitality, clarity and joy!

Session 1:

Foundations - Lifestyle and Physicality

 

In our fist week together, we'll set the stage for your transformation.  You'll reconnect with your personal "why" and through our self assessment, you'll evaluate where you stand in these pieces of the wheel.

You'll learn:

  • The power of awareness through self reflection

  • How do identify energy leaks in your daily habits

  • Why movement is a pillar of sustainable health
     

Session 2:

Sleep & Stress - Rest Restore, Regulate

 

This week focuses on your inner beauty - sleep & stress. You'll explore your current rhythms and stress patterns and how they impact your mental clarity, focus and energy.  

You'll learn:

  • The hidden connection between sleep quality and stress overload

  • Simple tools to down-regulate your nervous system 

  • How food affects mood, energy and focus

Session 3:

Dietary Habits, Nutrition & Toxicity

 

This week is all about what's enter - and staying in your body.  Through self-assessment, you'll explore your dietary patterns, nutritional balance and toxic load.  You'll identify easy ways to upgrade your plate, reduce exposure to toxins and nourish yourself more intentionally.

You'll learn:

  • The difference between nourishment and "eating healthy"

  • How food affects our mood, energy and focus

  • The one shift in food or toxin exposure that can make the biggest impact

Session 4:

Integration & Activation

 

In our final week, we bring all the pieces together. You'll review your all 6 areas and discover your strongest and weakest zones. Through guided conversation you'll identify where you've already made meaningful change , and where more support or focus is needed.


You'll learn:

  • A clear picture of your personal health wheel

  • Honest awareness of where your are stuck (and tools to move forward)

  • A personalized action plan to carry with you into the months moving forward
